SO 100 Midterm Announcement

Dear SO 100 Students:

YOur Midterm Examination will be on Sept. 4 or Sept. 5, 2006, during our class schedule. PLease bring a blue book and five pesos. We will use the blue book if I fail to print the test questionnaires.

For those groups that were not able to report for the social institutions, please provide me a two page summary of your repost and a rating for your members (who participated and who did not!) or you could opt to provide me with a CD with a powerpoint presentation (of course, this gets higher credit!)

Pointers are posted on the SO 100 Quick link. BE sure to study the social institution assigned to you, the six characteristics of the bureucracy, socialization, and the social processes in the Last Samurai assignment.

All reporters for the Collective Behavior and Culture will report the meeting after our midterm exam. Please be prepared. (Two groups per meeting.) PLease limit your report to 30 minutes including the preparations.
